Met with a welcoming smile at reception, booking in was smooth and quick. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel is conveniently placed for a short walk into town as well as there being a good choice of restaurant nearby.

Location is really good, short distance walk to the Albi old town. There are bakeries, supermarkets and cafes around the hotel. We needed help to print and scan some documents. The staff (including the trainees) was very helpful and professional. We really appreciate their dedication.

We really like the staff service and breakfast. Rom's space was good for two with a comfortable bed. The hotel location was near the old town and the parking space right.
